You can brew almost every beer style in the world with a combination of Brick Road kits, malts and hop additions. Start with the easy recipes on tha can, or move to more advanced recipes. The best thing is, it only takes a few minutes – not hours – because half the job is already done for you!
Extra Dry (Low Carb Lager, TED style)
Enjoy this clear, fresh Extra Dry extra cold. Brick Road Dry Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level. Just add 1 packet of dry enzyme to make this lager extra dry. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, you can add an extra packet of lager yeast. Simply mix with 1kg of dextrose or sugar, and add quality water to achieve your desired ABV. Beautiful!

New England Pale Ale (Status Quo style)
This top Australia craft beer is famous for its floral, tropical flavours and juicy, hazy appearance. Brick Road Hazy Pale Ale malt with wheat is already hopped to the perfect level. Just add 1.5kg of Brick Road Extra Light malt and 300g lactose to bring the creaminess and some amazing hops. Use the yeast under the lid, or add an extra packet of fruity English Ale yeast. Dry hop with Centennial, Cashmere, Mosaic and Citra for those amazing flavours. Fruity deliciousness!

Mexican Cervesa (Corona style)
Drink this light, refreshing lager with a wedge of lime, and service ice cold. Brick Road Gold Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level for your Mexican Cervesa. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, you can add an extra packet of Lager yeast. Simply mix with 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME, add 15g of Citra hops and top up to 19L with quality brewing water for approx. 4.8% ABV. Super refreshing!

NZ Classic Lager (Steinlager Classic clone)
This Classic Lager is a New Zealand icon. If you're a supporter of NZ sport - you'll love this clean, bitter lager. Brick Road Dry Lager and Brick Road Hopped Light malt brings the bitterness to the perfect level, and with the addition of Green Bullet hops you will recognise its distinctive taste. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, you can add an extra packet of lager yeast. Go New Zealand!

Australian Pale Ale (150 Lashes style)
Our take on James Squire 150 Lashes. Brick Road Gold Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level for this delicious Pale Ale. Use the yeast under the lid, or use an extra packet of clean Ale yeast. Mix with 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME and Dry hop with 25g Amarillo. Top to 21L for approx. 4.2% ABV. Old school good.

Just add 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME, 100g of dextrose and hops. Use the yeast under the lid, or add an extra packet of clean ale yeast. A classic Thirst-Quencher brewed specially for a hot climate. Brick Road Gold Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level for your favourite Queensland Lager. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, we recommend the Fermentis Saflager yeast. Simply mix with 1kg of dextrose or sugar, and add quality water to achieve your desired ABV. Beautiful!
