This Red IPA brings you a rich malty flavour from the amber ale malts, and a pungent, earthy, peppery aroma with a hint of citrus. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Premium Ale Yeast and Colombus dry hop pellets. For a Red IPA, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Light malt extract plus 1kg Brick Road Light Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose). To add more piney, earthy hop aromas, dry hop with up to 200g of other American ‘C’ hops like Cascade, Centennial, or Colombus.
